Whereas the decree holders above named have instituted the above execution petition for executing the decree passed in R F A 106 of 2024 before the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala and the notice issued to judgement debtor is not yet served and reported abroad and the court ordered substituted service through online paper publication.

The judgement debtor above named is hereby called upon to appear either directly or duly authorized agent or Advocate and if you have any contentions in the above execution petition you can appear and file your objection before the court on 27/3/26 at 11 A.M without failure and if you fialed to appear before the court on that date the court will dispose of the execution petition in your absence as if you have no contentions against the reliefs sought for by the decree holders in the execution petition.
